| Aerosystems International and Critical Software form Alliance for Technology Exploitation. |

UK-based Aerosystems International Ltd (AeI) has formed an alliance with Critical Software SA, based in Santa Clara, Portugal. This affiliation will enable both companies to provide a wide range of joint products and services to their current and future customers. David Brown, Business Development Director for AeI commenting at the signing: "We are very pleased to be working with Critical given their expertise in complementary markets and some very relevant product and service offerings. We look forward to a sustained and long-term relationship." This partnership was formalised recently at the Farnborough International Airshow 2002 where both parties signed agreements that will allow them to work more closely together. The relationship also has benefits to Westland who brokered
the relationship as part of their Portuguese Government offset
requirements for the recent sale of a further twelve EH101
helicopters. Aerosystems International is a leading company in the analysis, design, development and delivery of complex, software intensive systems for the aerospace industry. It also develops cutting edge systems and smart technologies for various industrial applications. AeI was founded in 1985, with 15 staff. Today it has a total of 500 in the UK and the United States.
