Aerosystems International nets prestigious award.

Yeovil based software and systems specialist Aerosystems International has just earned a prestigious hi-tech award by boosting turnover by over 150% in just three years. The company has been ranked 17th in the South West and Wales region Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 four places up on last year.

Aerosystems 17th in Fast50Mr Scott Roy, Managing Director of Aerosystems International said: "Aerosystems International is very proud to have been included in the South West and Wales region Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 for the 2nd year running. Our business success depends on the success of our staff, and with over 600 staff based on Yeovil, Camberley, Farnborough, Malvern, Warton, and York our ambitious plans to increase our headcount by about a hundred this year reflect that success. In a time when job security is an increasingly scarce commodity, I would hope that being in the South West and Wales region Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 shows not only our customers but also our staff that we are committed to the future success of our company."

Mark Mullins, technology partner at Bristol office of Deloitte & Touche said: " The Fast 50 highlights Aerosystems as one of the fastest growing technology businesses in the UK."

"On behalf of the entire Boeing C-17 team, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting our efforts in securing the lease of four aircraft to the Royal Air Force(RAF). This is a significant victory, made possible in large part because of your work on our behalf, and we believe it paves the way for additional such programs in other countries. It is the benchmark and our collective performance will be watched closely around the world."
