Our Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Training and Development

We place great emphasis on staff development, which is targeted to meet both business and individual needs. Our New Entrant Programme provides the foundation for your career in a modern, professional, working environment combining a mix of hands-on technical development and general business training. From the outset candidates are allocated into projects where they will acquire the technical skills required to deal with the different stages of the software lifecycle. Technical development is underpinned by a programme of core business skills including team working, business awareness, time management and presentation techniques. From day one individual tutor offer support and advice ensuring that new entrants broaden their skills at every opportunity.

Salary and Package

Suitable packages are discussed during the selection process. However, there are three salary and performance reviews during the first 18 months. Additional benefits include a contributionary pension scheme, permanent health insurance, overtime, private medical insurance and believe it or not free neck and shoulder massages.
